Remote Helpdesk
DirectFile can help you directly from your PC without installing anything on your computer. All you have to do is download the link below.
If you click on the download link above and are prompted to Run or Save the file then click Run.
If you click on the download link above and you do not see the option to Run the application, then Save to your desktop. Once remhelp.exe has completely downloaded, navigate to your desktop and double click on the application.
If you receive a message saying: "The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?" Click Run. You don't have to worry because remhelp.exe is from the DirectFile website.
If you cannot download the file, please contact us and we will email Remote Helpdesk to you in a zip file. When recieved please unzip and start the Remote Helpdesk.
